If we are not an in-network provider for your insurance, we would be happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company.
Intake Appointment with a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner / Prescriber: $350
An intake appointment is the initial appointment with a prescriber and will usually only occur once per episode of care.
Follow-up Appointments with a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner / Prescriber: $200
Follow up appointments occur approximately 1-2 times per month every 1-3 months. The frequency is based upon individual need as determined collaboratively by both prescriber and patient
