We offer self-pay options if we are out-of-network with your insurance, if you don’t have insurance, or for any other reason. If we are not an in-network provider for your insurance, we would be happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company.
An intake appointment is the initial appointment with a prescriber and will usually only occur once per episode of care.
Follow up appointments occur approximately 1-2 times per month every 1-3 months. The frequency is based upon individual need as determined collaboratively by both prescriber and patient

Longer therapy session may be considered for relational (couples, partners, etc.) and family therapy. Both the therapist and client(s) will determine need and frequency of extended sessions.
